NYC

At first, everything was so horrible
the dirty street, the various ethnic groups spread in everywhere, the almost taipei-like china town....
I was so so upset the first second im here
now?
I love here.
and I can understand more how can people (and i mean all kinds of people) survive altogether in such a crowded but informational city
This is what they want, all the top-ranking shows, broadway with all the tony-awarded musicals , financial district, and all those kind of cool buildings with vital importance
whatever those things are, you can always feel the energy and the motivation when you step out on the street of New York
it's an unexplainable feeling that something just fueled you up whether is with that fresh breeze or the brilliant sunshine on the pathway.
good lord.....I'll be so damn lucky if I studied here
speaking of studies, I passed through Parsons new school of design yesterday.
It was surprisingly small and no campus at all
but schools in this kind of area (it was at the tip of 5th ave.) shouldn't be big anyway.
My fave. --Modern Museum of Art
yes, my fav. museum ever (i guess it is) except that Andy Warhol's Live exhibition was at my very top and permanent list
Depressingly, i didn't have ENOUGH time to finish everything
of course it's impossible to finish everything within several hours; it'd probably take me a day or two to do so
but if i have such an opportunity, i'd be more than happy to roll for it! :)

So I was on the observation floor of the Empire Building, it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G
I told my friend that I'd never feel impressed if I really went up there
the truth is  well rather opposite because I should've known that i'd be more interested in NYC's city view than taipei's (i'm talking about 101 building here)

5th ave. would def. be the place to go in nyc.  So I went shopping with my lovely aunti yesterday on the 5th avenue. Along from the park avenue, including Central Park, to the 5th avenue is where people called the upper east side.
sounds familiar i bet? yeah we all heard that in Gossip Girl :))  haha this is where Serina and Blair live
undoubtedly, they ask for a lot and there's noway you can just move in without working really hard or finding a really wealthy husband xD jk.

Across from the Park Ave. there's Met! omg it was so damn big and it killed my legs badly
although the Egypt gallery was really cool but it seems rather trite as a number one tourist place for sake
I know one more artist though, his name was Francis Bacon and his art works were all very imaginative
so imaginative that my aunti couldn't really understand what did he try to express through his works.
yeah well..artists go crazy with their internal world and communications sometimes and I believe it just depends on what kind of style they decide to present

FINALLY! phew~ that was about yesterday and days before yesterday I finally caught up!! yay :D

Today, june 14
today i woke up really late just because I was having a great dream and my bed was rather comfy :)
so we walked out of our hotel and went to the regular bakery called Tai Pan (originated from Hong Kong) for just a small meal of brunch!
yeah~ we always order the same thing: whatever kind of bread+2 egg tarts/custard+ a cup of milk tea
doesn't it sound so great?  yeah i wish this is the life i'd have when I grow up
then we circled around the little Italy and took the subway go straightly to the place where the theater is located
The theater is entirely devoted to THE BLUE MAN GROUP!
WOOHOOO! yeah..i love them
they showed their humor through silent drama which I believe it's really difficult

after the exotic Blue Man Group show we tried our best to catch up the last ship to the Ellis Island
yeah we tried and we failed but we saw the construction area for World Trade Center!
the buildings surrounded the World Trade building were so beautiful even though some of them were damaged partially by the crashing World Trade.

*there's more for tomorrow! :)))))))))))
